A little about Seward County Gives from their website:

Seward County Gives brings the county together as one during a week long drive. We give local organizations the opportunity to educate their communities about the work they are doing and their goals. Though our easy to give drive – both online and in person, we help connect organizations to new supporters in effort to expand their work. 100% of sponsorship dollars are given to the organizations who participate in our annual spring event and every organization is ensured a portion of these funds. We can do this because we are a volunteer led organization with no paid staff.
